Google is quietly — or not so quietly — gearing up for web3
Google just announced its new node-hosting service, Blockchain Node Engine. Looking to keep up with AWS and other big players, the move shows that Google sees the value in the future on web3 and definitely won't be caught asleep at the wheel.

Zuck is going do or die on the metaverse and dragging the whole company with him. Last night, Meta posted some mega rough earnings, plunging the stock by about 20% — yikes!
LookRare looks like 0% royalties
LooksRare decided to enter the royalties conversation.
🧵 Starting today, #LooksRare will no longer support creator royalties by default, and instead, share 25% of the LooksRare Protocol fee with creators/collection owners.

The plan is actually pretty unique in that they still plan to look after creators by sharing a portion of their protocol fee instead and forcing buyers and sellers to take on the fees.
